I took the day off yesterday. My body was feeling pretty tired and actually my foot is kinda sore.   It felt good to just relax.  The day before I went to the gym and did a regular old bicep workout.  I hardly ever do curls but it’s kind of fun to do them every once in a while.  I did 15 sets of preacher curls and then 5 or 6 sets of hammer curls.  I’ll probably do another arm workout sometime in the summer 🙂

I will never stop looking for my fitbit.  It is driving me crazy.  I can remember taking it off because I was shooting some videos the other day.  WHERE IS IT!
