Well my Fitbit is still MIA. I haven’t started turning things over yet but that is next on my agenda! Yesterday was 20 sets of kettlebell snatches with a 62 pound kettlebell in each hand. I love this workout. It’s brutal but requires thought, coordination and technique. There is something about racking the bells overhead that just feels great.

I also walked for about 45 minutes. Walking in the slippery conditions is actually a great workout that causes you to use all kinds of muscles you don’t know you have!
