I’ve been a little remiss the last few days in keep my journal up.  I have certainly been working out hard though.   I did 40 minutes on the treadmill yesterday before it broke.  It’s funny how when I went to move to another treadmill I just couldn’t make myself get started again.  But it was an intense 40 minutes so I’m happy with that.

I did crush my burpee time on Friday.  I took 15 seconds off my best time.  I did 50 burpees in two minutes and thirty seconds.  That is a major lifetime record for me which is pretty cool at almost 44 years old.

Oh, and I misplaced my fitbit yesterday – it’s around here somewhere.  So no numbers for today!
