Today was a total mish mash of things. I found myself quite tired for some reason so I didn’t have the energy I normally have.  I did 10 minutes on the rowing machine at the gym, I did 10 sets of ring pushups, we walked the dog for 20 minutes at a brisk pace and I walked for 75 minutes in the evening.  All in all, it was a good day of active recovery.
