For some reason I felt like going to the gym.  So I dropped Chloe off at cheer and bought a day pass. I ran on the treadmill for an hour.  I did some very intense intervals which got my heart rate up pretty regularly at 185 bpm.   I put the incline at maximum and then ran at 7 mph until I could no longer keep. At that point I lowered the speed to 4 and set the incline to zero and walked while the treadmill lowered.  I repeated this cycle for about 50 minutes.  Then, for the last 10 I did sprint intervals.  A very, very intense workout that I really enjoyed.

And my burpee time keeps falling!
