I just wasn’t into the idea of lifting weights today so I took a break.  I walked the dog with my wife for about 40 minutes in the morning and then walked 10km in the evening.  Not an intense day but I got some good movement in and did a lot of reflecting.  I feel like today helped me with mental toughness and emotional resiliency.
