My internal clock is still screwed up from my trip to Portland and I have’t been able to get up in the morning as early as I want.  Yes, that is an excuse 🙂  Having said that, I walked for 1.5 hours last night at a brisk pace while Melody was at skating.  I’ll get back on the pain train with a tortuously awesome workout this afternoon!
