If sitting on a plane all right, driving for three hours and then sleeping for four counts as working out then I am ready for SealFit!!  It was a long trip to get back from Portland.  I think I made the best of it though.  I took the dog for about a 30 minute walk and then dropped him off at home – he’s been limping lately.  After that I walked for about another hour and a half.  It felt sooooo good to move my body and get some fresh air.
