I’m ready for some kettlebells again.  I did 10 sets of chinups yesterday and then did 10 sets of lat pull downs in the hotel gym.  I supersetted the chinups with jumping rope.  I got my heart pumping but it wasn’t a killer workout by any stretch of the imagination.

Tanja and I went for about a 1.5 hour walk in the afternoon which was nice.  You work a lot of different muscles when you are walking on ice!
