I spent most of my day in a conference room so there was a lot of time to work out.  I did my burpees and situps and actually did my best time in both which felt good.  Well, it felt horrible, but it felt good if you know what I mean 🙂

I then did 20 sets of cable cross overs super setted with skipping.  Not my ideal workout but this hotel gym is pretty limited.
