I didn’t lift any weights today.  I bought a new skipping rope and skipped for 30 minutes which got my heart pumping.  Then I went for a 45 minute walk in the evening.  The weather is beautiful right now.

I actually walked 7000 steps while I was pacing around in my room practicing my talks for this weekend.  That was kind of funny!
