1. I am grateful that I updated my affirmations and have started doing a morning routine again. This is an awesome way to start the day and it sets me up for success.
  2. I am grateful that I walked for an hour and 45 minutes yesterday.  The weather was beautiful and I came home each time feeling energized and alive.
  3. I am grateful I have set this massive fitness goal for myself.  It’s going to help me get focused and I need that.
  4. I am grateful for the fact that Tanja makes such great food and is a great friend.
  5. I am grateful that our girls are so independent and responsible.  Our awesome neighbours are away for 3 weeks and the the girls are having a sleepover at their house right now.  What fun!
