So many things have been happening the last few days I don’t know where to start.

Hogan Hilling reached out to me.  First he shared a few amazing stories for The Book of Open.  Then he offered to help me write a book because he believes in what I am trying to do.  This guy has been on Oprah for crying out loud!  We talked for an hour the other day.   We talked about the book writing process, publishing, market analysis and all the fundamentals that I have no idea how to do.  It was INCREDIBLE.  He also told me something that is running in a constant loop through my head.

There are other people out there that want to help you.  You just need to make sure they hear your message.

I had something else wonderful happen.  I took training a few months ago at work and the trainer was off the charts amazing.  His name is Frank Teravich.  After the training I told his boss how great he was and wrote him a nice recommendation on LinkedIn.  We got together the other night and he so generously gave me his time and skill.  We spend a few hours together and did a coaching session and it was AMAZING.  I felt like I got so much more insight on who I am and what I want to do.   I am so damn grateful for Frank.  He’s a generous man and a highly, highly skilled coach, trainer and facilitator.

I also met Brian Knowler for dinner yesterday.  He is a great guy that has been through hell with post traumatic stress.  He is so open about his struggles but at the same time takes full responsibility for his mistakes.  I had a wonderful evening with him.  We’re also weirdly close to the same point in our lives.  We know that he have the power to change the world and create something truly meaningful.  We’re both tethered down a little bit in our minds.  I think we can help each other break those few, frayed tethers 🙂

We made a commitment to each other that we’re going to hold each other accountable to getting something done.  Stay tuned.

I am grateful for so many things I don’t know where to start.  Maybe I’ll just keep it brief and say I’m grateful for everything  wonderful in my life.  I’m grateful for the future that lies before me and my friends and family.

I am grateful for today.  What are you grateful for?
